These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zalanx platform and related services ("Service"), offered under the Zalanx brand ("Zalanx," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is intended for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Zalanx is an early-stage security monitoring service for AI & SaaS teams. The Service provides security monitoring, incident analysis, alerts, reports, suggested or policy-controlled response workflows, and workspace administration.
You are responsible for using the Service lawfully, providing accurate information, protecting account credentials, API keys and integration secrets, and all activity performed through your workspace. You must maintain your own security, backup, compliance and incident-response practices.
You may connect only systems, providers, accounts and data that you own, control or are legally authorized to monitor. You must have permission to provide telemetry and logs to Zalanx, connect third-party services, configure alerts, and approve or execute security-response actions.
You remain responsible for complying with the terms of connected third-party providers.
Free is available at $0 without a payment method or paid trial. Starter and Pro include a seven-day free trial, and a valid payment method is required to activate either paid trial. Paid checkout and subscription confirmation are handled through Dodo Payments.
Returning from paid checkout does not by itself activate a paid trial. An abandoned or incomplete paid checkout does not upgrade the workspace and does not terminate existing Free access. Billing starts automatically after an activated paid trial unless canceled.
Free is currently $0/month and includes one user, one workspace, one eligible integration and limited deterministic monitoring. Starter is currently $19/month and includes 2 integrations, monitoring and suggested actions. Pro is currently $199/month and includes all 13 supported integrations, expanded coverage, Safe Autopilot and advanced controls where supported. Current pricing and plan limits are shown on the Pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You must cancel before the applicable renewal date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period, and access may remain available until the authoritative subscription period ends.
Paid plan changes may involve proration or a future effective date. Any charge or plan change must be confirmed through the applicable billing workflow, and a particular plan change may not always be available. Plan limits and reasonable fair-use controls apply.
FOUNDING50 gives eligible Pro customers 50% off the first 12 subscription billing cycles. It must be entered manually at checkout, is subject to eligibility and redemption availability, and permits one redemption per eligible customer where configured. After the discounted cycles, Pro renews at the standard $199/month price unless canceled or changed.
Design-partner or other private promotional discounts may have different amounts, products, durations, eligibility, redemption and renewal conditions. The checkout terms associated with a code control that offer. Promotional codes may not be transferred, resold or combined unless expressly permitted, and expiration, redemption and product restrictions may apply. The underlying Starter or Pro plan limits remain applicable.
Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for paid purchases and subscriptions. Dodo handles paid checkout, payment transactions, billing, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, payment disputes and related payment responsibilities. Free accounts do not require Dodo checkout.
Zalanx remains responsible for providing the Service. Dodo is not responsible for Zalanx product functionality or security monitoring.
You retain ownership of data you submit or connect. You grant Zalanx a limited right to process that data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the required rights and providing required notices for submitted data. The Privacy Policy explains Zalanx data-handling practices.
Zalanx may use automated and AI-assisted methods to analyze security signals. Outputs may include incident context, risk assessments, summaries and recommended actions, and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. You must use your own judgment before acting.
Zalanx is not a substitute for your security team, legal advice, compliance assessment or incident-response responsibilities.
Supported response actions depend on your plan, configuration, provider capabilities and workspace policy. Sensitive actions may require customer approval. You are responsible for authorizing permissions granted to Zalanx. Actions and rollback are available only where supported, and no response action is guaranteed to prevent or fully remediate an incident.
Zalanx depends on third-party providers and integrations. Their availability, APIs, limits and behavior are outside Zalanx's control, and changes or outages may affect features. Zalanx is not responsible for third-party products or their independent terms.
You must not:
The Service may be changed, updated or temporarily unavailable. Features may evolve during the early-stage product period. Zalanx does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material plan or pricing changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
Zalanx may suspend access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, legal requirements or violation of these Terms. You may cancel through the billing workflow. Cancellation does not immediately delete your account unless you separately request deletion.
Data may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for service operation, security, billing records, dispute handling and legal obligations. You may request deletion through account controls or info@zalanx.com. Some information may remain in backups or records where reasonably required.
Zalanx retains ownership of the Service, software, branding and documentation, while you retain ownership of customer data. You may provide feedback voluntarily, and Zalanx may use general feedback to improve the Service. Use of customer names, logos, testimonials or case studies requires separate permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." No system can guarantee complete security. Zalanx does not guarantee detection, prevention or remediation of every threat or security incident, and you remain responsible for security and operational decisions.
To the extent allowed by law, Zalanx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings arising from use of the Service.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
