These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zalanx platform ("Service"), operated by Zalanx ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Zalanx provides security monitoring, incident analysis, and defense workflow tools for SaaS teams.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Starter and Pro include a seven-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to activate the trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, billing starts automatically at the applicable recurring price for your selected plan when the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, access continues through the end of the trial and you will not be charged for the next billing period.
Zalanx offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable recurring fees for your selected plan, and your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current trial or billing period, and you retain access through that period unless otherwise required by law. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the applicable Dodo Payments terms.
The optional FOUNDING50 code provides eligible customers with 50% off the Pro plan for the first 12 subscription billing cycles. It is limited to eligible redemptions and the available redemption limit. The code must be entered at checkout and is not applied automatically. After those 12 billing cycles, the subscription renews at the standard Pro price, currently $199/month, unless canceled or changed.
Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through the Service. For the payment transaction, Dodo Payments handles payment processing, applicable taxes, billing, refunds, disputes, and associated payment responsibilities.
Dodo Payments may apply its own checkout or buyer terms to your purchase. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the applicable Dodo Payments terms presented during checkout. Zalanx remains responsible for providing and operating the Service; Dodo Payments’ role as Merchant of Record does not extend to Zalanx security monitoring, product functionality, or other non-payment obligations.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or use it in connection with unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk.
Zalanx processes telemetry data, including logs and security signals, to provide analysis, monitoring, and operational insights.
You retain ownership of your data. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data processed through the Service, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service. However, the Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, third-party dependencies, security events, or unplanned outages.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zalanx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Zalanx does not warrant that the Service will prevent, detect, or remediate every security incident. You remain responsible for your own security, operational, and compliance decisions, including how you act on alerts, analysis, or recommendations provided through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if suspension or termination is reasonably necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the effective date shown on this page.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
