These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zalanx platform ("Service"), operated by Zalanx ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Zalanx provides security monitoring, incident analysis, and defense workflow tools for SaaS teams.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
New users may receive a 7-day free trial of paid features. During the trial, access to paid functionality may be provided without payment unless you choose to upgrade earlier.
After the trial ends, access may be limited, downgraded, or restricted based on the plan associated with your workspace. We may modify, suspend, or terminate trial access at any time.
Zalanx offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable recurring fees for your selected plan, and your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise required by law. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our payment provider. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through the Service.
This means Paddle processes your payment, manages billing and applicable taxes, and may apply its own buyer terms to your purchase. By completing a purchase, you also agree to any applicable Paddle checkout or buyer terms presented during payment.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or use it in connection with unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk.
Zalanx processes telemetry data, including logs and security signals, to provide analysis, monitoring, and operational insights.
You retain ownership of your data. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data processed through the Service, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service. However, the Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, third-party dependencies, security events, or unplanned outages.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zalanx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Zalanx does not warrant that the Service will prevent, detect, or remediate every security incident. You remain responsible for your own security, operational, and compliance decisions, including how you act on alerts, analysis, or recommendations provided through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if suspension or termination is reasonably necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the effective date shown on this page.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
